  • Renewal: – Registered press (s) needs to renew their registration annually.

Overview

The intending private printing press of the state can apply for registration under Printing & Stationery Department. The registered press (s), are eligible for undertaking printing works of various Govt. offices of state Govt.

Eligibility Criteria

Private presses of the state with necessary capacity and manpower can apply.

Application Process

Application is to be submitted in the Administrative Department at Janata Bhawan, Dispur addressing under Secretary or higher authority. Details of the process can be found in our OM. PSF. 19/92/pt-II/351 dated 10-03-1997 which may be downloaded from this website.

Accompanying Documents

Requisite documents are mentioned in our notification No. PSG. 23/2011/12 dated 20-08-2011 which may be downloaded from our website.

Payment

After the completion of the required examination and verification of the application(s) as per our OM. PSF. 19/92/pt-II/351 dated 10-03-1997 private press(s) has to deposit requisite registration fees before issuing of the Registration Certificate to them.
